Features

Everything a serious investor needs. Nothing they don't.

Built on top of Alpaca's Broker API. Every feature below reflects real infrastructure — not a mocked-up screenshot.

Stock Market

Trade US-listed equities and ETFs. Real orders routed to real exchanges through our brokerage partner.

Identity Verification

KYC/CIP runs at the brokerage. We store a status flag — never your SSN or documents.

Bank Linking

Secure linking via Plaid. We never see your account or routing numbers — a scoped processor token goes to Alpaca.

ACH Transfers

Deposit or withdraw by ACH. Every transfer is a call to Alpaca's Transfers API — nothing is fabricated in our database.

Live Market Data

Real-time feed streams prices as they happen. Charting powered by TradingView, market data by IEX.

Portfolio View

Positions, market value, and unrealized P/L read directly from the brokerage — refreshed on every dashboard load.

Fractional Shares

Buy any US stock from $1. Own a slice of Apple, Tesla, or an index ETF without needing the full share price.

Audit-Trail Admin

Every admin action is written to an append-only log. Admins can sync status — they can never invent a balance.

Trading

How execution actually works.

Your order flow goes directly to the brokerage. We never sit between you and the market.

The path of your order

  1. You place an order in the app — market, limit, or stop.
  2. We forward it to Alpaca's Broker API with your user context. We don't touch price, size, or routing.
  3. Alpaca routes it to an execution venue. This is regulated, published order flow.
  4. You see the fill — price, size, and timestamp come back from the brokerage. Not simulated.

What we never do

  • Sell your order flow for payment
  • Front-run your trades
  • Show you a synthetic price
  • Offer "guaranteed" returns
  • Encourage leverage by default
Account Tiers

Tiers based on funded balance.

Higher tiers unlock better service — faster funding, priority support, richer reporting. Trading capabilities are identical across all tiers.

Tier disclosure. "Tier" refers to the level of service based on the total funded balance of your brokerage account, held at our SIPC-member partner. Tier status is not a security, does not confer ownership, and does not change the trading capabilities of your account — all customers have access to the same markets and order types. Balances are never locked; you may withdraw at any time, and your tier adjusts automatically if your funded balance changes. No fees are charged for tier status.
Process

From signup to your first executed trade.

Three steps. No friction. Real trades settle at the brokerage — not in this app.

01

Create your account

Email and password. No credit check. No minimum deposit to open.

02

Verify your identity

Submit your legal name, address, and date of birth. Our brokerage partner runs the actual KYC/CIP check — we never see your SSN.

03

Fund and trade

Link a bank account via Plaid, deposit via ACH, and place your first order. Funds settle at the brokerage, not in our app.

Security & custody

We never hold your money. That's the point.

Custody at the brokerage

All funds are held at our SIPC-member brokerage partner. If Wall Street Capital disappeared tomorrow, your assets would still be at the brokerage, in your name.

No balance mutations

Our database has no column that can increment a balance. Every dollar movement is a call to the brokerage's Transfers API. This isn't a policy — it's a schema constraint.

KYC without the PII burden

Identity verification runs at the brokerage. We store a status flag and a submission timestamp. Your SSN never touches our servers.

Audit trail

Every admin action is written to an append-only audit log. Admins can sync KYC status from the brokerage — they can never invent an approval.

FAQ

Questions we actually get.

If yours isn't here, open a support ticket from your dashboard.

Is Wall Street Capital a broker?

No. Wall Street Capital is a technology company. Brokerage services — custody, execution, clearing — are provided by our SIPC-member partner, a registered broker-dealer. We build the interface; they hold the license.

Where is my money held?

At the brokerage, in your name. We never take custody of customer funds. Every deposit and withdrawal is a call to the brokerage's Transfers API — we do not have a balance field in our database that could be incremented.

Are there any account minimums?

No minimum to open an account. You can fund with as little as $1 using fractional shares. Higher account tiers exist for service reasons (see Plans section) but they are based on funded balance, not required to trade.

What does it cost?

$0 commission on US equities and ETFs. Regulatory fees and any third-party charges (wire transfers, for example) are passed through at cost.

How do you verify my identity?

Through our brokerage partner. You submit name, address, date of birth, and tax ID. They run the actual CIP/KYC check. We store a status flag indicating whether you've been approved — we do not store your SSN or documents.

How long does verification take?

Most accounts are verified within a few hours. Complex cases can take 1–2 business days. You can track the status on your dashboard while it's in progress.

How do I fund my account?

Link a bank account through Plaid and transfer via ACH. ACH deposits typically settle in 3–5 business days. Wire transfers are available for higher tiers and settle same-day.

Can I withdraw my money at any time?

Yes. There's no lock-up. Withdrawals go back to the same bank account you funded from, subject to standard ACH settlement timelines and any unsettled trades.

Do you offer crypto?

Not currently. This platform is focused on US equities and ETFs. If we add crypto later, it will be through a licensed crypto custodian — not a token we invented.

Is my money insured?

Brokerage accounts at our SIPC-member partner are covered by SIPC up to $500,000 (including $250,000 for cash claims), subject to SIPC rules. SIPC protects against broker failure, not market losses. There is no FDIC insurance because this is not a bank.
